Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, your key objective will to be partner effectively with operational teams to assist develop and implement comprehensive HSEQ systems that have practical, positive business related outcomes and facilitate continuous improvement. A hands-on role, there will be a strong focus on all quality and safety related elements including such things as document management, statistical reporting, risk assessments, hazard identification and control, and training.

With relevant HSEQ qualifications or studying towards completion of such, you must demonstrate the energy, drive and resilience to implement practical HSEQ solutions into the day to day operations. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationship at all levels of the business will be critical to your success.

This leading, innovative organisation manufactures a range of high-tech products used in industrial, commercial and domestic applications. As a group, they have an established sales and distribution network across Australasia and it’s an exciting time to join.

Reporting to the HR Manager and as an integral member of a small, highly capable HR team, your key objective will be to administer and co-ordinate the full range of HR and Safety functions, including such things as conducting risk assessments, developing SOP’s and overseeing return to work and workers compensation.

With qualifications in either HR or Safety or studying towards completion of such, you must be super organised, pragmatic, have great attention to detail, and demonstrate an achievement orientation. Ideally, you will have one or two years’ experience in either safety or human resources, however this is not essential.

Whilst experience tells a story, the right attitude speaks louder still. As important will be common sense, confidence, maturity, the ability to make sound judgments, and the ability to build effective relationships. You must also be an outcomes focused, results oriented professional with a strong customer focus.
