Reporting to the SHE Manager, your key objective will to be partner effectively with site leaders to develop and implement comprehensive SHE systems and services that have practical, positive business related outcomes and facilitate continuous improvement. A hands on role, there will be a strong focus on all safety related elements including risk assessments, hazard identification and control, investigations, training and sub contractor management.

With relevant formal qualifications, you must be able to demonstrate a proven record of success ideally within a manufacturing environment. You must also demonstrate the energy, drive and resilience to implement practical SHE solutions into the day to day operations. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationship at all levels of the business will be critical to your success.

Reporting to the National Safety Manager, you will work autonomously to partner effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate effective WHSE leadership and engagement at all levels. A hands-on role, responsibilities are broad and will include providing best practice advice and assistance, delivering inductions, conducting risk assessments, hazard identification and control, incident investigations and contributing to systems development. You will do this whilst influencing, mentoring and providing hands on support to teams across multiple sites and states. Culture, coaching and capability development reflect the true nature of this role! A degree of travel will also be required.

With relevant tertiary qualifications, you must be able to demonstrate a proven record of success ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or similar mid to high risk environment. You must also demonstrate the energy, drive and resilience to implement practical WHSE solutions into day to day operations. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationship at all levels of the business will be critical to your success.
