Ideally with relevant University qualifications, your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels within the business will be critical to your success.  Experience tells a story but the right attitude speaks louder still.   As important will be confidence in your own ability, a keen customer service focus, goal orientation and motivated approach.   A sense of humour is a must – as is the willingness to travel to various sites within NSW.

This is both a strategic and hands on role for a Health & Safety professional able to demonstrate a proven record of success coaching employees through change.  You will be responsible for enhancing the presence and purpose of the Health & Safety functions, as well as facilitating ownership of Health & Safety issues.   Your key objective will be to partner effectively with operational management to facilitate effective Health & Safety leadership and engagement at all levels.   In addition, you will be responsible for the review, development and implementation of Health & Safety systems that contribute to a strategy of best practice Health & Safety process and results.  You will achieve this through influencing, mentoring and hands-on support of teams across multiple sites.  You will manage and be supported by a small team who will assist implement your vision.
